MPM is currently providing development management services for the construction of Atmos Energy’s Mississippi headquarters and regional training center in Ridgeland, MS. This project, spanning 18 acres, features a 60,000 SF building designed to accommodate corporate office spaces, testing areas, and an integrated warehouse. MPM’s proven track record, highlighted by the successful completion of 8 projects, including five that have achieved LEED Gold certification, has been instrumental in securing a 15-year partnership with Atmos Energy. This enduring relationship has spanned the tenure of three different directors of facility management. MPM’s expertise is evident in their ability to adhere to an aggressive 8-month project schedule from design initiation, without ever missing a targeted occupancy date. This efficiency includes the fast-tracking of projects, with some ground-up facilities being completed in as little as four months. Many projects have been situated in rural areas, presenting unique challenges such as soil composition issues, utility access limitations, and logistical obstacles. Notably, MPM has consistently managed to return funds to the construction budgets for the majority of these projects, underscoring their commitment to cost efficiency and financial stewardship.
