Warren founded Miconi Project Management (MPM) in 2011 after gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, and construction with the world’s largest real estate firm. His unique analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and decision-making prowess set him apart. Focused on preliminary planning, communication, and resource management, Warren ensures clients meet their real estate objectives. Under his guidance, MPM has catered to a diverse clientele across office, medical, industrial, hospitality, and educational sectors, among others.
